Hydration Tips
The sun is finally out so let's focus on staying hydrated with these tips:
Drink a glass of lukewarm filtered water within
30 mins of Waking Up!
Your body just went through a fast (oh right break-fast... gotcha) and your organs needs some help getting rid of those toxins!
Preferrable a glass of lemon water as those extra enzymes and minerals give your liver some extra love!

Salt Your Water
Yes... you read that right, SALT YOUR WATER. You just filtered your water got rid of all those nasty toxins and it's time to add some minerals! Adding minerals allows your cells to better absorb water.

Sip NOT Chug
Guilty here! I forgot to drink my water all day and my goal was to drink a whole bottle before my workday is over so I chug it to mark it off my list... Your body just went
WAIT STOP!
When you chug your body doesn't have an opportunity to absorb. Lessen the need to run to the bathroom and sip sip sip!
